Plano, Texas, February 23 – Due to the large number of requests, Toyota Motors North America announced that GR Corolla Circuit Edition will continue to be produced for model years 2024.
“We see a lot of enthusiasm and excitement for the GR Corolla, especially the Circuit Edition,” he said Michael Tripp, Vice President of Marketing and Communications Toyota. “When Toyota GR fans talk, we listen and our plan is to increase the volume of the GR Corolla and continue to offer a Circuit Edition as part of the GR Corolla lineup in 2024.”
Available at Toyota dealerships next spring, standard features of the 2023 Corolla Circuit Edition will include a bulging vented hood, forged carbon fiber roof, gloss black sporty rear spoiler, Torsen® Limited-Slip Differentials (LSD) front and rear, and red-painted calipers bearing the GR logo. There will be approx 1,500 Circuit Edition units produced for the continental US for the 2023 model year.
Other standard features on the 2023 Circuit Edition include Brin Naub® suede and synthetic leather covered sports seats with red accents, heated front seats and steering wheel, leather seats MORIZO signature shift knob, and eight-speaker JBL® Premium Audio with amplification. The 2024 GR Corolla Circuit Edition will carry some of the standard 2023 model features, full details to be announced later this year. Circuit Edition model production for 2025 and so on is still below consideration.
