This year, Pagani brought his $7.5 million Huayra Codalunga to ‘The Ice’ elegance concert in St. Petersburg. Moritz, Switzerland. It gave us the opportunity to see very expensive hypercars in the most unlikely of locations.
Pagani only built 5 examples of the Codalunga and no owner dared to take their car to the Swiss Alps during the winter. So, this is a rare opportunity to catch a power hypercar cruising down a frozen lake.
The Codalunga or “Longtail” is 360 mm longer than the standard Huayra. The design is inspired by the Le Mans racers of the 1960s, this is clearly visible from the rear fascia. Like the rest of the Pagani, the interior is trimmed with high-quality leather and metal switchgear.
The Pagani Huayra Codalunga uses the same 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine as the regular Huayra coupe. It packs 827 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a 7-speed sequential gearbox.
