Mercedes-Benz Vans has announced the winner at the Dealer of the Year Awards ceremony.The two individual winners for 2022 were Yorkshire-based Northside Truck & Van, named Best Sales Team; and Rossetts Commercials, with sites in Surrey and Sussex, which lifted the award for Best Customer Service Team.
“Congratulations to both winners,” said Mercedes-Benz UK managing director Robert Veit. “Extremely high performance across the Dealer Network, contributing to a very successful year.”
“Teams are measured against very strict performance criteria and the margins of difference are very tight. Someone had to win, and when the numbers settled Northside and the Rossetts came out on top. Both can be very proud of their well-deserved success.”
Rossetts Chief Dealer Richard Wheeler added: “The last year has been a very challenging trading period for many of our customers and so we have made every effort to support them. The entire Rossetts team has always provided exceptional service, but we are extremely proud of the fact that in 2022 we achieved the highest satisfaction score in the country.”
“Both of our winners are outstanding ambassadors for the Mercedes-Benz brand and their Dealer of the Year award is well deserved,” concluded Robert Veit.
