McLaren has revealed the 720S GT3 Evo – an upgraded version of the GT3-spec mid-engine race car. The Evo Package features increased durability, some aero improvements, and other minor tweaks.

Let’s start with the exterior, where the focus is on improving the overall aerodynamic balance. The car gets a new bonnet gurney, which also helps with cooling, while repositioned auxiliary lights are said to provide better visibility at night. McLaren has made adjustments to the rear wing.

Under the skin, the McLaren 720S GT3 Evo features revised front and rear wishbones with 4-way adjustable Ohlins dampers, new uprights and longer-lasting brakes.

The 720S GT3 Evo is expected to hit the racing scene soon. Existing customers can also upgrade their cars to the latest Evo specifications.

As you may have guessed, the 720S GT3 Evo is based on the 720S. However, the street version will get updates as well. Dubbed the ‘750S’, the new model is likely to feature some cosmetic changes and a better engine.
