Lookers has acquired Fourways Vehicle Solutions Limited, a vehicle rental and brokerage business based in Whitchurch, Shropshire.
The business provides vehicle rental services across the UK, and manages more than 7,000 rentals per year and by 2022 has total revenue of £3.8 million.
Lookers said they saw a significant opportunity for Fourways to grow its market share and to fulfill Lookers’ own rental requirements at a lower cost and with greater certainty.
Fourways will be within Lookers Vehicle Solutions.
