Tokyo, Japan, February 15 – Honda I would like to express my deepest sympathy and condolences to the victims of the 6 February 2023 incident earthquake that hit an area near the Turkish-Syrian border.
In response to this tragedy, Honda Motor Co., Ltd. will donate 10 million yen to Japanese Red Cross to support humanitarian relief and recovery efforts in affected areas.
A Honda subsidiary in Europe ie Honda Motor Europe Ltd., And US Turkish Honda will donate more than 200 generators as well as essential products to meet the most pressing needs.
Moreover, Honda’s US subsidiary, namely America Honda Motor Co., Inc.And Honda Development and Manufacturing of America, LLC have started accepting donations from their Honda partners, and the company plans to supplement the donation with company-appropriate gifts.
Honda sincerely hopes for the earliest possible recovery in the affected areas.
