Frédéric Maillard has been appointed as the new managing director of the UK Renault Retail Group, effective immediately.
The appointment has been posted on LinkedIn. He previously worked for the Renault Retail Group as North West London Regional Manager from 2002 to 2007.
Most recently, he served as a project manager reporting to the CEO of RRG prior to joining the team.
Maillard replaces Ludovic Troyes, who took office in mid-2019 having moved in March.
His departure was confirmed by Renault to Motor Trader in March. Troyes stayed with Renault and moved to Alpine.
The factory’s dealer group comprises 12 dealers in the UK selling Renault, Dacia and Alpine and Nissan vehicles.
The group is ranked 39th in the Motor Trader Top 200 with annual turnover of £384 million and profit before tax of £842,000 as of December 2021.
