Ferrari is working on a track-focused version of its plug-in hybrid supercar, the SF90 Stradale. Dubbed the SF90 Versione Speciale, the new model is expected to debut later this year.

Now, new images of the hottest SF90s have surfaced online. It was shared by FerrarChat member Owen Edwards and features what appears to be the production specs of the SF90 VS. It looks very different from the standard car.

Starting from the front, the front bumper has been redesigned with a more aggressive splitter element and an additional slot just below the headlamp cluster. It has more prominent side skirts and a large fixed wing at the rear. Another aero-related feature that we haven’t seen on a test car before is the three vents on the front and rear fenders, which appear to be inspired by the F12 TDF.

The SF90 Versione Speciale is expected to get an upgraded version of Ferrari’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 hybrid engine. This unit produces 769 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque in the standard car. The internal combustion engine is assisted by two front and one rear mounted electric motors, adding 217 hp to a combined output of 986 hp.
