Last month, we reported that Ferrari plans to launch the Roma Spider sometime in March. We now have a date, although it’s still unconfirmed.
So, according to the latest update, the car can make its official debut on March 15, 2023. The event will be held in Marrakesh. The latest information also comes from a Ferrari Chat member. Previously, he hinted that the opening and media drives were expected to be held in Morocco.
The Ferrari Roma Spider is expected to get the same twin-turbo V8 engine as its coupe version. This 3.9-liter motor produces 611 hp and 560 lb-ft of torque and is mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The Spider will likely be slightly heavier than the coupe, which will be reflected in the performance numbers. Ferrari claims the coupe will do 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 198 mph.
