Succession fever is high, and viewers are never satisfied with how the Roy family lives even if in a fictional way. The series, entering its fourth season, is a masterclass of “quiet luxury” in that despite wearing the most “ordinary-looking” outfits, these are often the most expensive. Case in point: Kendall Roy’s newest penthouse on the show sold for just US$29 million.
Located in Manhattan, the triplex is the opening backdrop of Episode 4 of season four. One could see the beautiful skyline surrounding the apartment from that glance. This is a chance to live the life of the future CEO of Waystar Royco.
The apartment was conceptualized by DDG Joe McMillan and is perched atop a tower at 180 East 88th Street. Among other towering architecture, this particular unit is allegedly the tallest along 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Its location offers unrivaled views of New York’s Central Park day and night, the city lights are sure to leave a lasting impression.
