Gaydon, England, January 12 – Past, present and future of AstonMartin will be honored through a yearlong celebration of the iconic British brand 110th birthday.
Sunday, January 15th, exactly 110 years since the founder Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford formally formed the partnership that went on to create the first Aston Martin car, sparking over a century of automotive intensity, cutting-edge British innovation and high-octane racing success.
Born on the track and inspired by its founder’s passion for racing, Aston Martin has risen from humble beginnings in a small repair shop in Henniker Mews, London to become one of the world’s most renowned automotive marques, synonymous with inventive design, sumptuous craftsmanship, thrilling performance. and rare exclusivity.
In photos released to mark the anniversary, Aston Martin brings together two of the most iconic and innovative models from its 110-year line, highlighting the brand’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of performance and bringing techniques from Grand Prix racing to the road.

A century later, Aston Martin continues to innovate with thrilling high-performance models, bringing modern Formula One™ engineering to the road in its era-defining Aston Martin Valkyrie.
Historic 110 brandth the anniversary will be celebrated with the launch of a new, very limited and exclusive Aston Martin model, due later this year. This achievement will also be the centerpiece of this year’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and other major events in key Aston Martin regions, as part of the global marketing campaign ‘Intensity: 110 Years in the Manufacture’.
2023 promises to be a monumental year, as Aston Martin prepares to launch its highly anticipated next-generation sports car, which will further enhance Aston Martin’s focus on luxury, high performance and driving intensity.
