The 4S1M Evo Yamaha Racing Team impressed in the official free practice session for the UB150 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship last Friday, 24 March 2023, at Chang International Circuit. Gupita Kresna and John Emerson Inguito showcased their skills and determination, setting an impressive pace throughout the session.
Gupita Kresna stepped in for full aerodynamic efficiency.
Kresna recorded a time of 2 minutes 33 milliseconds, his fastest performance on the Chang track of 4.554 kilometers track, and finished best time 4th overall. He demonstrated speed and accuracy on the track, easily navigating Chang’s many twists and turns. The team is very pleased with Kresna’s performance and has confidence in his ability to put in a great performance in the upcoming races. Inguito also performed well, finishing 14th overall. Inguito demonstrated his tenacity on track, fighting for quick times throughout the session. The team are pleased with Inguito’s determination and are confident that he will continue to improve as the competition progresses.

The team gave their all in Round 1 of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship, but they were expecting better results. Despite facing challenges during race 1, drivers Gupita Kresna and JE Inguito showed resilience and determination, finishing 13th and 15th respectively. The 4S1M Evo Yamaha Racing team worked on heat 2, aiming to improve their form and secure a better result. After unexpected results in Race 1, the 4S1M Evo Yamaha Racing Racing Team bounced back in Race 2 yesterday, 26 March 2023, with both drivers performing better on the track. Kresna took an impressive 6th place, while Inguito secured 14th place out of Asia’s 24 best racers.

Although Race 1 did not live up to the team’s expectations, they have proven their ability to adapt and thrive in the face of challenges.
