2025 Mini Aceman, Lancia’s revival: Car News Headlines

Mini is developing an electric crossover to slot under the Countryman. It was previewed last July by Aceman Concepts and is expected to carry the name into production. We now have the first video of the prototype, taken during a recent cold weather test.

Historic Italian brand Lancia is preparing a trio of electric cars, the first of which should arrive as early as 2024 as a redesign for Lancia’s only current model, the Ypsilon. The other two cars will include a modern Delta and a yet-to-be-named new flagship.

Nissan and Infiniti together will launch 27 electric cars by 2030, most of which will be EVs. The first new EVs are expected to arrive in 2025, and some of them will be built in the US
